Road to Riches Academy ("R2R", "we", "us") provides general trading education, mentorship, and community content. Nothing on this website, in our courses, in live sessions, or in any communication from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. 1. Acceptance of Terms. By purchasing or accessing any R2R product, membership, or mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of Services. R2R provides educational content, mentorship, and community access relating to trading and market structure. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, profit, or level of trading performance as a result of using our services.
3. Payments & Plans. Prices for each plan are displayed at checkout. Payment plans (such as the fortnightly mentorship option) are a series of instalments; you are responsible for ensuring payment method details remain valid until the plan is paid in full. Subscription memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled by you.
4. Cancellations. Monthly subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. One-time and instalment-based mentorship purchases are non-refundable except where required by law, given the immediate access to educational material provided upon purchase.
5. Eligibility. Our services are intended for adults capable of entering a binding contract in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on trading education or financial promotions in your country.
6. Changes to Services. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our content, community, or membership features at our discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2R and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including trading losses) arising from your use of our content, mentorship, or community.
All course materials, mentorship content, trading models, frameworks, live session recordings, and community discussions shared within R2R are proprietary and confidential. By joining any R2R program, you agree:
